CONDITIONS OF COOPERATION:

Offer price of the property: PLN 3,500,000 (negotiable).
 

Real estate agency commission: negotiated % of transaction value.
 

the commission is fixed and unchangeable, regardless of the final sales price,
 

is paid to the real estate agency at the time of conclusion of the notarial deed of purchase and sale.
 

RULES:
 

A real estate agency can include a plot in its offer and represent a client interested in purchasing it.
 

The transaction takes place in the form of a notarial deed on terms favorable to the seller.
 

The property owner wants to obtain the best possible sales price.
 

MARKETING MATERIALS:
 

If necessary, documentation regarding the plot will be made available.
 

Real estate agencies will also receive access to photo and video materials that they can use in their offers.
 

The materials will be available via a Google Drive link.
